1. Return Window

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned: • Custom or personalized products • Perishable goods • Intimate or sanitary goods • Hazardous materials • Flammable liquids or gases

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@nikluxe.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions. Steps to return: 1. Contact our customer service team 2. Receive return authorization and shipping label 3. Pack the item securely in original packaging 4. Ship the item back to us 5. Receive confirmation and refund

4. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We process exchanges as quickly as possible to minimize any inconvenience.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

6. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (unless the return is due to our error).

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@nikluxe.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
