• All tags and labels must be attached

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

• Wallet: 1-3 business days
• Cash on Delivery: Bank transfer (provide account details)
If you paid using multiple methods, refunds will be split proportionally.
4. Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:
• Items with obvious signs of use
• Items not in original condition or damaged
• Items missing parts not due to our error
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
The refund amount will be adjusted based on the item's condition.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be refunded:

• Gift cards and vouchers
• Downloadable digital products
• Intimate apparel and jewelry (for hygiene reasons)
• Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
• Services already rendered
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping cost refund policy:
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility
• If item is defective or wrong, we cover return shipping
• Free shipping promotions are not refunded
• Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after the expected timeframe:

3. Contact your bank (processing delays may occur)
